| “I purchased a home at the beginning of 2013 and was in need of shutters. I already made my decision in purchasing plantation shutters, so naturally, my yelp quest began. I stumbled upon Orange County Shutters and saw it had no reviews, so I went to the website. The website was neat and up to date and had some decent information and reviews. I emailed the company and got a return response quickly. I spoke with Rebecca and made an appointment for a free consultation/estimate. On March 1, 2013 I met with Rebecca and she went over all of the types and designs they offer. Rebecca was great in providing me with information and style she believed would be best suited for my home. OC Shutters offers various sized louvers, hidden tilts and a lot of different types of framing. I placed my order on the spot and made my deposit. I was told by Rebecca that I would have my shutters installed in 4-6 weeks. I am a very patient person and did not hear from OC Shutters. I called the company on my 7th week and was told I would have a call by the end of the week to get an installation date….no call. I called again the 8th week and was told I was going to receive a call… but not call again. At this point, I decided to email Rebecca directly and within a few hours she responded immediately. She told me her installers would call by the end of the day (which they did) to set up an appointment. Due to time constraints, I wasn’t immediately able to get them installed (had to wait a week). I do want the Yelpers to know that when the installers called, they asked if I had time the next day to install them. May 3rd was my scheduled install date. The installers came on time (actually a little early) and the installation went smoothly. They were very personable and friendly and did a good job with the install. Overall, would I use them again? ABSOLUTELY! Do I recommend OC Shutters? YES!” |
